How It All Started

On a hectic morning, we found ourselves in a frantic search for a favorite lunch bag, only to discover that it was smothered in peanut butter and sticky juice. 

I hurriedly emptied a brown sack filled with whatever and put my son's lunch in it. Most embarrassing to my son, he got to take his lunch in a used, wrinkled up paper bag. At the end of the day I found that he brought it right back home...untouched. Not wanting to take it out because he said, "No one uses bags!" and "I might get bullied!"

Well, you might guess what happened next.  Yup, I bought disposable lunch bags.

It started with writing his name on the bag which led to doodles and eventually to making more elaborate drawings on the bags. We started getting comments about them and we began sharing bags with other kids, handing them out as gift bags at parties and other events. They serve a practical purpose but with an artistic twist.

Our venture started in 2022, driven by the desire to transform mundane moments into opportunities for artistic creativity and collaboration with my son (check out his first doodle below). This experience highlighted the importance of individuality in everyday items, prompting us to create a product that reflects personal style.

Today, Lomohi offers a vibrant selection of designs that can be used not only for lunches but any event for a colorful and unique presentation.  Our products are characterized by cool designs and high-quality craftsmanship.  Because they are hand-drawn, no bag is exactly the same.
